Appointments & Deposits
- All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
- The deposit is deducted from the total treatment cost.
- Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking confirmation or the slot may be released.
Consultation Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a consultation.
- Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of your consultation fee.
- One reschedule is allowed per consultation. Additional changes may require a new booking fee.
Brow Appointments – No Last-Minute Changes
- For Hyperrealism, Ombre Brow or Brow Correction Appointments, no changes or reschedules are allowed within 7 days of your appointment.
- These are high-demand, time-intensive services that are difficult to fill at short notice.
- If you reschedule within this 7-day period, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required.
Top-Up Appointments
- Your top-up (perfecting session) must be booked within 6–8 weeks of your initial treatment.
- 7 days’ notice is required to reschedule a top-up session.
- If you reschedule with less than 7 days’ notice, you will need to repay the session in full (£195) as this time is specially reserved for you.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show. If you are a early please wait until your allocated time.
Consultations & Patch Tests
- A consultation and mandatory patch test must be completed at least 24–48 hours before any PMU treatment.
- Failure to attend your patch test will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
Age & Medical Restrictions
- You must be 18 or older to receive treatment. ID may be required.
- PMU is not suitable for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain health conditions.
- A medical history form must be completed before treatment.
Treatment Outcomes
- Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
- While every effort is made to achieve your desired result, no outcome can be guaranteed.
- Uneven healing and fading are normal and will be addressed during your top-up.
Aftercare
- You will be given full aftercare instructions.
- Following these carefully is essential to ensure the best healed results.
- Improper aftercare may affect your outcome and could require additional paid sessions.
Previous Work & Corrections
- If you’ve had previous brow tattooing elsewhere, you must disclose this during your consultation.
- Not all previous work can be corrected or covered. A full assessment will be made via photos or in person.
Photography & Consent
- Before and after photos may be taken for insurance and training purposes.
- Images will only be used publicly if you give written or verbal consent.
Right to Refuse Service
- I reserve the right to refuse treatment if I feel it is not in your best interest or if you are medically or ethically unsuitable for the procedure.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- They must be presented at your appointment or at the time of booking.
